4 IPS In J&K Promoted To ADGP Grade

Jammu and Kashmir government has transferred four IPS officers of 1995 batch to the post of ADGPs with immediate effect from 1 November.

The Jammu and Kashmir government transferred and posted four IPS officers as Addition Director General of Police. The list includes four IPS officers from 1995 batch.

The officer who have been promoted are Dr. S.D. Singh, Satish Khandare, Rajesh Kumar and T. Namgyal. They have been promoted with immediate effect from 1 November 2020.

Apart from this, Amit Kumar has been promoted to the grade of DIG, whereas Sunil Gupta, Sujit Kumar, Vivek Gupta and Mohd Suleman Choudhary have been promoted to the selection grade of IPS (level 13 of pay matrix).
