In a minor reshuffle in Delhi Police, six IPS officers have been transferred across the national capital with immediate effect.
According to the transfer order, 2010 batch IPS officer Shweta Chauhan who was currently on arrival from Arunachal Pradesh, has now been appointed as the DCP- Recruitment, Delhi Police.
2011 batch IPS officer Shanker Choudhary who was also on arrival from Arunachal Pradesh has been posted as Addl DCP-I- Dwarka Dist, Delhi Police.
Devesh Kumar Mahla, who was on arrival from Mizoram has now been posted as Addl DCP-I- North East Dist, Delhi Police. Whereas, Surendra Choudhary a 2013 batch IPS officer who was on arrival from Arunachal Pradesh has been posted as DCP- Traffic, Delhi Police.
Addl DCP-I- North East Dist, M A Rizvi has been transferred and posted as DCP- P&L, Delhi Police. Whereas, Kumar Gyanesh who was serving as Addl DCP-I- South-East Dist. has now been posted as DCP- Supreme Court Security, Delhi Police.
