The Ministry of Home Affairs on Monday appointed 1995 batch IPS officer Devesh Chandra Srivastava as the new Director-General of Police (DGP), Mizoram. He will replace the incumbent 1988 batch IPS officer, SBK Singh, who has been transferred to Delhi. Presently, he is serving as Special CP, Economic Offence Wing (EOW), Delhi Police.
