Major Bureaucratic Reshuffle in MP, 25 IPS Transferred

Announcement came after order issued by the Home department of MP.

In a major administrative rejig, the Madhya Pradesh government issued an order regarding the transfer of 25 IPS officers. Transfers occurred to the officer level which is holding the post of Additional superintendent of police (ASP) in the state. In many districts, the ASP Crime has also been transferred.

According to the order, 6 officers have been posted with field postings to the police headquarters (PHQ) in Bhopal.

Mr. Sandeep Mishra who was earlier posted in Katni as Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) is also included in the list. The demand for his transfer from Katni was pending for a long time.

Other important names in the order are- Mr. Neeraj Soni, earlier posted as SP, STF, Jabalpur is now transferred to Betul district as ASP, Ms. Shradhdha Joshi, presently posted as ASP Betul district has been transferred to Bhopal as AIG, PHQ, Bhopal.

Rajesh Dandotiya, who was earlier posted as ASP in Jabalpur is now posted to Gwalior district in the same capacity. Manoj Karveti who was earlier posted in CIJW special branch in PHQ, Bhopal is now shifted to 36th Battalion, Balaghat. Rajesh Kumar Sharma was earlier posted as AIG, Rail, Bhopal and is now transferred as AIG to the office of IG police, Chambal Zone.
