The Jharkhand Govt has issued a transfer order for four IAS officers across the state with immediate effect. They are :
Dr. Amitabh Kaushal transferred as Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs with additional charge of Secretary, Revenue, Registration and Land Reforms. A 2001 batch IAS Mr. Kaushal was serving as Secretary, Planning & Development, Ranchi with the additional charge of Secretary, Disaster Management.
Prashant Kumar of 2004 batch who was Secretary, Water Resources, Ranchi with additional charge of Administrator, Subernarekha Multipurpose Project, Jamshedpur has now been given additional charge of Secretary, Planning & Development.
Vipra Bhal of 2006 batch currently serving as Secretary, Information Technology and E-governance, Ranchi has been given additional charge of Secretary, Commercial Tax, Jharkhand.
Chandrashekhar of 2008 batch, who was Special Secretary, Home, Prison and Disaster Management with additional charge of Director, Primary Education, and Registration IG, has been transferred as Incharge Secretary, Rural Development, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
