In a minor reshuffle, Odisha government has transferred four Senior IAS officers in different departments.
1987-batch Nikunja Kishore Sundaray, has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Public Enterprises Department, said a notification issued by the General Administration Department. He has recently returned from Central Deputation.
Vir Vikram Yadav has been posted as the Principal Secretary, Works Department. He was previously posted as Principal Secretary, Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare (FS&CW) Department.
Yadav who is a 1996-batch IAS officer will remain in additional charge of FS&CW Department, Commissioner, Trade Promotion and Investment, Member Secretary, Odisha State Commissioner for Backward Classes, Chairman, OSWC, and Chief Administrator, Shree Jagannath Temple Administration, the notification stated.
On the other hand a 1989-batch IAS officer, Sanjeev Kumar Chadha is allowed to remain in additional charge of Secretary (I/c), Cooperation Department and Director, Agricultural Marketing & Ex-Officio Member Secretary, OSAM Board. He is currently posted as the Special Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment Department.
Subham Saxena has been appointed as Managing Director, Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. He will remain in additional charge of Director, Minor Minerals, Joint Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment Department and Joint Secretary, FS&CW Department.
