Uttar Pradesh government on Sunday has transferred 2 IPS and 20 PPS (provincial police service) officers. General Anees Ahmed Ansari posted in Aligarh 38th Battalion PAC has been posted as SP in DGP Headquarters. While SP Akhilesh Nigam of Cooperative Cell has been made the new General of the 38th Battalion in Aligarh.
Apart from this, 11 PPS officers who were recently transferred from Deputy Superintendent of Police to Additional Superintendent of Police were also given new postings.
- Dhananjay Kumar Kushwaha from Basti has been transferred to SP City Etah.
- Manish Chandra Sonkar to Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Kanpurnagar Police Commissionerate.
- Mukesh Pratap Singh to Auraiya, SP Crime, Bareilly.
- Arun Chandra from Siddharthnagar to SP Traffic Agra.
- Snehlata from 49th Corps PAC Gautam Budhnagar to SP Crime Etah.
- Anurag singh from Harimpur has been made ASP traffic Muzzafarnagar.
- Harendra Kumar from 38th Corps PAC Aligarh has been made ASP traffic Mathura.
Apart from this, there are four such officers, who have been posted in the same district after promotion. In this, Raghavendra Kumar Mishra, posted as ACP Hazratganj in Lucknow Police Commissionerate, has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police in Lucknow itself. Vinod Kumar Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police posted in STF, has been posted as Additional Superintendent of Police in STF Headquarters Lucknow itself.
Hrdesh Katheria posted in Lucknow Rural has been made Additional Superintendent of Police Rural and Sachchidanand has been posted as Additional Superintendent of Police Cyber Crime from CO Cyber Crime, Lucknow.
The government has also transferred the DSP. This includes seven officers promoted from Inspector to the post of DSP. The inspector posted in Anti-Corruption has been made the DSP of Ayodhya after promotion. Raviraj Singh Chouhan from Headquarters Lucknow to DSP Bhadohi, Akhilanand Upadhyay from Sant Kabir Nagar to Gorakhpur.
Lalta Prasad Sahu has been made DSP Azamgarh from EOW Lucknow, Pawan Kumar Trivedi has been made DSP after promotion in Pratapgarh itself. Apart from this, Ajit Kumar Singh has been shifted to Pratapgarh from Badaun, Shiv Baran Yadav from Gonda to SSF Lucknow and Pramod Kumar Srivastava from LIU Ghaziabad at Lucknow Police Headquarters.
