After successfully completing their Phase-1 training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, a group of 11 IAS trainee officers has now been posted across various districts in Bihar for field training.

The Trainee IAS Officers:

The General Administration Department of the state has issued a formal notification regarding these postings. As part of this district training phase, the young officers will be exposed to ground realities and practical aspects of governance including:
- Administrative functioning
- Public service delivery mechanisms
- Implementation of government development schemes
- Law and order management
- Grievance redressal and citizen engagement
The Bihar government aims to nurture future administrative leaders by providing them with hands-on experience at the grassroots level. This is expected to significantly enhance the quality and responsiveness of public service delivery across the state.
