Uttar Pradesh’s bureaucracy witnessed significant changes on January 31, 2025, with the retirement of 19 officers, including three IAS officers, nine PCS officers, and several IPS officers.

Retired IAS Officers:

  1. Mr. Anil Kumar Singh (2010 batch)
  2. Mr. Anand Kumar Singh (2009 batch)
  3. Mr. Devisharan Upadhyay (2012 batch) – Retired while under suspension. Mr. Upadhyay, previously involved with the Revenue Council, faced allegations related to the arbitrary restoration of 35 land plots during his tenure in Aligarh. He was suspended in July 2024.

  1. Mr. Tribhuvan Vishwakarma (2007 batch) – ADM FR, Pratapgarh
  2. Mr. Ashok Kumar Shukla (2012 batch) – Associated with Revenue Council, Lucknow
  3. Mr. Devendra Pratap Singh (2012 batch) – ADM FR, Ballia
  4. Mr. Keshav Nath (2014 batch) – ADM FR, Kanpur Dehat
  5. Mr. Lal Bahadur (2015 batch) – City Magistrate, Mirzapur
  6. Mr. Dr. Suresh Kumar (2015 batch) – ADM FR, Shahjahanpur
  7. Mr. Sarvendra Krishna Tripathi – OSD, Board of Revenue, Lucknow
  8. Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Singh – SDM, Ghazipur
  9. Mr. Brajesh Kumar Prasad – SDM, Ayodhya

Retired IPS Officers:

  1. Mr. Avinash Chandra – DG, Fire Service
  2. Mr. Bhajni Ram Meena – ADG, Rules & Manual
  3. Mr. Dr. Dharmveer Singh – DIG, PAC Sixth Battalion
  4. Mr. Ram Abhilash Tripathi – SP, Intelligence
  5. Mr. Lal Sahab Yadav – SP, EOW
  6. Mr. Dr. Bheem Priya Ashok – SP, Food Cell
  7. Mr. Shashikant – SP, DGP Headquarters

This reshuffle marks a key transition for the state’s administrative machinery as these officers move on after years of service.
