The Uttar Pradesh government has continued its series of administrative reshuffles, transferring IAS and PCS officers on a large scale ahead of Holi. On Friday evening, the government issued transfer orders for two IAS officers while cancelling the transfer of another.

As per the latest orders, Mr. Ram Kewal (IAS) has been appointed as Secretary in the Revenue Department. Prior to this, he was serving as Special Secretary, General Administration and Revenue in the same department.
Additionally, Mr. Rallapalli Jagat Sai (2020-batch IAS officer) has been posted as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) of Chandauli district. Previously, he served as Joint Magistrate in the Barabanki district.
Meanwhile, the earlier transfer of Dr. Pooja Gupta (2020-batch IAS officer) has been canceled. She was recently transferred as the CDO of Chandauli, but the order was revoked on Friday evening. As a result, she will continue in her current role as Joint Magistrate in Ghaziabad district.
This latest reshuffle follows a series of previous transfers in Uttar Pradesh, where numerous IAS and PCS officers have been reassigned at the government level, including Dr. Pooja Gupta.
