IAS probationers have arrived in Visakhapatnam as part of their Bharat Darshan Program. On arriving, the 22 probationers visited the Visakhapatnam Port Authority to learn & understand the activities on the port. K Rama Mohana Rao who is the Chairman of Port received the officers and interacted with them.
He spoke about the infrastructure, modernisation & mechanisation along with cargo handling capacity of the port. Mr. Rao also told them about exploring export & imports improvements on the port.
