In a significant reshuffle in the Rajasthan Police Department, the Director General of Police (DGP) office released a list on Saturday promoting 48 police inspectors to the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP). This move marks a long-awaited reorganization within the force, following an earlier order on May 20 from the Personnel Department, which had transferred four IPS officers and appointed new Superintendents of Police (SP) in Jhunjhunu and Hanumangarh.

As per the latest list, Mr. Gajendra Singh has been posted as Assistant Commissioner of Police in the Police Control Room of Jaipur Commissionerate. Mr. Uday Singh Chundawat has been assigned as DSP, Cyber Crime, Bhilwara, transitioning from his previous posting within District Bhilwara.
Mr. Laxman Singh Chaudhary has been moved from Sirohi and posted as DSP, Crime Research Cell, Nagaur. Mr. Suresh Kumar Swamy takes charge as DSP in the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), while Mr. Jitendra Nawaria has been appointed as DSP in the Special Investigation Team (SIT) and Special Operations Group (SOG), Jaipur.
Other notable appointments include Mr. Karni Singh as DSP of the SC/ST Cell in Jhunjhunu, and Mr. Pradeep Singh Charan as DSP, Anti Narcotics Task Force in Jaipur Rural. This reshuffle is expected to enhance administrative efficiency and operational strength across multiple districts in the state.
