The Secretariat Administration Department in Uttarakhand has issued fresh orders, modifying the responsibilities of five officers from the Secretariat cadre.
Mr. Santosh Badoni, Joint Secretary, has been assigned the additional charge of Reorganization. Meanwhile, the Youth Welfare portfolio has been withdrawn from Deputy Secretary Mr. Alok Kumar and handed over to Mr. Rais Ahmed.
In another change, Mr. Rishiram Semwal and Mr. Virendra Panwar, who have recently been promoted to the Under Secretary cadre, have now been posted in the Rural Development Department.
