New Delhi: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) marked a powerful presence at the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025 with the inauguration of its cutting-edge pavilion at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan. The pavilion was inaugurated by Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu, Union Minister of Civil Aviation, in the presence of Vipin Kumar, Chairman, AAI, along with Dr. Nikhil Kumar Kanodia (CVO), M. Suresh (Member, ANS), Pankaj Malhotra (Member, Finance), Anil Kumar Gupta (Member, Planning), and other senior officials of AAI and the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
Pavilion Theme: “Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat”
Designed around the national theme “Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat,” the AAI pavilion blends technology, innovation and immersive digital storytelling to present India’s fast-expanding aviation landscape. A striking LED archway at the entrance welcomes visitors into a modern, interactive environment featuring two anamorphic display walls showcasing AAI’s expanding airport network, key infrastructure upgrades and modernization initiatives.

Minister Reviews Digital Innovation and Interactive Experiences
During his walkthrough, Civil Aviation Minister Rammohan Naidu interacted with officials and explored a variety of digital exhibits, gaining insights into AAI’s new technologies, operational advancements and future projects.
The pavilion includes multiple touch-screen kiosks that provide information on flagship initiatives such as:
- UDAN – Regional Connectivity Scheme
- AAI Start-up Policy
- AAI–Routes Asia 2025
- India’s Air Connectivity Map

Visitor Engagement: AI Selfies, Live ATC and Aviation Quizzes
AAI has introduced several visitor-centric activities this year. Enthusiasts can test their knowledge through an Air Quiz, while an AI-powered Selfie Zone generates fun digital avatars of aviation professionals. A dedicated Briefing Zone provides students, media teams and young visitors a deeper understanding of AAI’s long-term aviation vision and operational capabilities.
One of the pavilion’s major attractions is the Live ATC Demonstration, allowing visitors to listen to real-time air traffic communication. Powered by the ATC–CNS Console, the demo highlights India’s advancements in global-standard air traffic management systems. Exhibits on Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) technologies further underline the nation’s progress in modern aviation infrastructure.

AAI’s participation in IITF 2025, being held from November 14 to 27, reinforces its commitment to advancing India’s aviation ecosystem through innovation, safety, sustainability and world-class infrastructure development.
