Mr. Patel lauded the Fellowship as a vehicle for making governance people-centric, technologically advanced, and aligned with public welfare objectives. He cited the Prime Minister’s words: “We work not just to run a government but to bring change in the nation,” emphasizing that Gujarat is following this vision to build a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
