New Delhi Government has declared the result of UPSC main exams. Along with that, they have also given new postings to a few officers.

The Government of Delhi has been busy as several activities are taking place in the region, the biggest being the declaration of the result of UPSC main exams by the Government. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Tuesday declared the results of the civil services (main) examination 2020. Personality Tests (interviews) of the successful candidates will be commenced shortly, which will be held in the office of the UPSC at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi, it said.

Moreover, Ritu Sain, an IAS officer of the 2003-Batch of Chhattisgarh cadre, has been transferred and posted as Director in the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD). She was currently serving on central deputation as Director in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. As per transfer orders, she will be serving at her new posting till 25 March 2024.

In another movement by the government, the only woman officer at ADG/SDG level rank in CRPF, IPS officer Rashmi Shukla, has been posted as SDG of South Zone, where she will be handling three important sectors covering Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, and Puducherry.

Additionally, The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet on Tuesday posted Dr. Nimaljeet Singh Kalsi (Retd IAS:1984:PB) as the chairperson of the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET). Presently, he is working as Chairman, Police Complaint Authority, Punjab, UT Secretariat. Further, Ms. Vinita Aggarwal (Retd IES:1985) and Dr. Neena Pahuja (Retd.) were appointed to the post of Executive Member, NCVET.
