Allahabad High Court Transfers 710 Judicial Officers Across Uttar Pradesh: Major District-Level Reshuffle Announced

In a major administrative reshuffle, the Allahabad High Court has transferred 710 judicial officers across various district courts and outlying courts in Uttar Pradesh. The annual transfers include officers at multiple levels, with clear deadlines for vacating current postings.

Key Figures in the Transfer

According to the notification issued by Registrar General Manjeet Singh Shyoran:

  • 265 Officers – Additional District & Sessions Judges
  • 169 Officers – Civil Judges (Senior Division)
  • 276 Officers – Civil Judges (Junior Division)

All transferred officers have been asked to vacate their current positions by 15th April 2026.

Prominent transfers among Additional District & Sessions Judges include:

  • Ram Pratap Singh Rana from Prayagraj → Sultanpur
  • Ravikant II → Agra
  • Anita I → Badaun
  • Manoj Kumar Mishra II → Fatehpur
  • Pradeep Kumar IV → Agra
  • Aparna Tripathi II → Mahoba
  • Dinesh Kumar Gautam → Mohammadi (Lakhimpur)

Other notable postings include Rajiv Ranjan (Commercial Tax Tribunal) → Pratapgarh, and high court registrars Prashant Bitgaiya → Lucknow, Sandeep Chaudhary and ADJ Seema Singh I → Gautam Buddh Nagar.
