In a significant administrative move, the Andhra Pradesh government has transferred three senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, as announced in a Government Order (Rt No. 1884) issued by Chief Secretary Neerabh Kumar Prasad on Sunday.
2009 batch IAS officer Cherukuri Sreedhar, previously the Director of Industries, has been appointed as the new Kadapa District Collector, filling an existing vacancy in the district.
G. Lakshmisha, who served as the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of the AP Medical Services & Infrastructure Development Corporation, has been designated as the NTR District Collector. He replaces G. Srijana, who has recently been transferred to Telangana.
Additionally, 2015 batch IAS officer M. Abhishikth Kishore, the Managing Director of the AP Industrial Infrastructure Corporation, has been given full additional charge as the Director of Industries until further notice.
These changes reflect the government’s ongoing efforts to optimize administrative efficiency and ensure effective governance across the state.
