Retired IAS officer B Subba Rao has recently been appointed as an Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the office of Revenue, registrations, and stamps minister Mr. Anagani Satya Prasad. Officer Subba Rao, who retired from service recently, started his distinct career as deputy tahsildar and retired as a joint collector.
