The ₹75.58 crore contract includes the export and maintenance of two types of high-mobility military vehicles:
- HMV 12×12 vehicles
- HMV 8×8 vehicles
These vehicles are designed for demanding mobility requirements in military applications. By combining exports with maintenance services, the agreement also creates an opportunity for continued engagement with the overseas customer.

BEML has also secured domestic defence orders in 2026, including a ₹590 crore Ministry of Defence contract for trawl assemblies for the Indian Army’s T-72 and T-90 tanks.
Together, these contracts highlight the company’s continued involvement in defence equipment manufacturing and its efforts to expand business across domestic and international markets.
