The Bihar government has once again issued a notification regarding the transfer of IAS officers. As per the latest orders, the secretaries of several departments have been changed, and 22 officers have been assigned new responsibilities.
Karthikeya Dhanji has been appointed as Secretary of the Road Transport Department, while Sandeep Kumar R. Pudakalkatti will continue to hold the additional charge of Secretary of the Road Construction Department. Rachna Patil has been given the additional charge of Director of the Museum, Arts, Culture, and Youth Department. Minendra Kumar has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Bihar State Educational Finance Corporation.
Additionally, Rahul Kumar has been made Special Secretary of the Finance Department, and Yogendra Singh has been assigned the responsibility of State Project Director in the Education Department. Ranjita has been appointed as Director of the Social Welfare Department and will also continue as the Director of Social Security and Social Welfare until further orders. Anand Sharma has been appointed as Chief General Manager of the Bihar Development Corporation under the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.
Geeta Singh, who was previously the Additional Secretary of the Food and Consumer Protection Department, has been transferred to Patna and made the Additional Secretary of the Animal and Fisheries Resources Department until further notice. Naveen Kumar Singh has been transferred to the Social Welfare Department as Additional Secretary. Md. Ibrar Alam has been appointed as the Additional Secretary of the Minority Welfare Department until further notice. Abhilasha Kumari, the Additional Chief Executive Officer of Jeevika Rural Development, has been given additional charge as Commissioner of Rural Development under the MGNREGA scheme until further orders. Rajneesh Kumar Singh has been made the Inspector General of Registration and Excise Commissioner under the Prohibition, Excise, and Registration Department.
