Bihar Government Organizes Investor Dialogue in Delhi to Promote Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package (BIIPP) 2025

New Delhi: The Bihar government hosted a significant investor dialogue at The Lalit Hotel, Delhi, aimed at promoting the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package (BIIPP) 2025. The event, organized by the Department of Industries, brought together key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and investors, to discuss the package’s potential to boost industrial growth and generate employment in Bihar.

BIIPP-2025: A Landmark Initiative for Industrial Growth

Industry Minister Nitish Mishra, who was the chief guest at the event, highlighted the importance of BIIPP-2025 as a historic milestone for Bihar’s industrial development. He said, “This package will attract substantial investment and create numerous job opportunities for the youth of Bihar. Our vision is to transform Bihar into a major industrial hub, both nationally and globally. The government is fully committed to supporting investors with all necessary assistance to promote entrepreneurship and innovation.”

Key Features of BIIPP-2025

Additional Chief Secretary Mihir Kumar Singh delivered a detailed presentation on the package, emphasizing its focus on free land allotment, financial incentives, and an improved business environment. “BIIPP-2025 is designed to make Bihar an investor-friendly destination by simplifying processes and providing attractive benefits. This initiative will accelerate industrialization and contribute to inclusive growth across the state,” Singh explained.

Kundan Kumar, Managing Director of Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA), added that the package aims to provide better infrastructure and facilities to entrepreneurs, which will further speed up economic development and employment creation.

Public-Private Collaboration and Investor Engagement

The dialogue session featured active participation from industry representatives and government officials, including Bihar Chapter Chairman Gaurav Shah, Indian Chamber of Commerce Chairman Prabhat Kumar Sinha, and Bharat Plus MD Ajay Singh. Officials addressed investor queries and highlighted the government’s commitment to facilitating investments through streamlined procedures and supportive policies.

Building on Previous Policies for a Stronger Industrial Future

The BIIPP-2025 package follows the successful implementation of the BIADA Amnesty Policy 2025, marking a progressive step in Bihar’s industrial promotion journey. The government’s focus on providing free land, financial incentives, and a conducive environment is expected to transform Bihar’s industrial landscape and attract large-scale investments.

Government’s Vision for Bihar’s Economic Prosperity

The event concluded with a vote of thanks from B. Kartikeya Dhanji, Secretary of the Department of Industries, who expressed gratitude to all participants for their support. The Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package (BIIPP) 2025 is poised to play a crucial role in Bihar’s economic development by creating jobs, encouraging entrepreneurship, and accelerating industrial growth across the state.
