Two IPS officers in Bihar has been posted to tackle Maoist groups and inter-state gangs active in the state. The decision was taken by DGP R.S. Bhatti ADGP, Operation, Sunil Maan Singh Khopre demanded a DIG and SP rank officer to carry out operations against the Maoist groups and inter-state gangs.
On the orders of newly appointed DGP Mr. Bhatti, Jayant Kant who is DIG, Central Division, Armed Special Police and SP, ATS, Sanjay Kumar will take up this job. They will also look after the operation of STF as well.
