In an impressive move, the Border Security Force launched its latest “BSF Prahari Mobile App 2.0” with certain distinctive features and upgrades. The features include:
- The BSF Jawans can now see and download their updated biodata anytime through this app.
- The upgraded app has an easy provision for downloading the leave history/leave order of each jawan, and another provision for processing leave extension applications.
- The app now has a provision for processing the General Provident Fund (GPF) withdrawal application.
- The app now enlists the contact numbers of many senior officers who are available in this app and can be approached in any case of urgency. Jawans can now easily dial up their superiors while on leave or temporary duty.
- The upgraded app interface is legible both in Hindi and English.
