The Nitish Kumar government in Bihar has transferred and posted two IAS officers, including Pankaj Kumar, the Joint Secretary of Labour Resources Department, who has been made the Director of Primary Education.
While IAS officer Kanhaiya Prasad Srivastava has been made the Director of Secondary Education. He was earlier the Secretary of the Revenue Board.
Of the four IPS officers who have been given new responsibilities, two have been transferred while two have been given additional charges.
Pramod Kumar Mandal has been given the additional charge of Commandant Equestrian Special Armed Police Ara. He is Commandant, Bihar Special Armed Police-5 Patna.
Rajendra Kumar Bhil has been made Additional Director Assistant State Fire Officer, Bihar. He was the Commandant, Bihar Swabhiman Special Armed Police Force Valmiki nagar, Bagaha.
Rakesh Kumar, posted as Commander, Equestrian Special Armed Police Ara, has been given the additional charge of Additional Director, Assistant State Fire Officer, Bihar.
The state government has also transferred 19 DSPs. Noor-ul-Haq has been made Deputy Superintendent of Police, Law and Order, Patna. Sushil Kumar has been made Deputy Superintendent of Police Secretariat.
Akhtar Ansari has been made SDPO Dumrao Buxar. Khurshid Alam has been given the responsibility of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Law and Order, Gaya. Santosh Kumar has been made SDPO Sadar Chhapra.
Khush Room Siraj was made SDPO Forbesganj Araria. Dhirendra Kumar was made SDPO Raxaul. Pushkar Kumar has been given the responsibility of SDPO Purnia. Rampukar Singh has been made SDPO Araria.
Ravishankar Prasad has been made SDPO Patori, Shiv Shankar Kumar has been made SDPO Bhabhua, Kumar Vaibhav has been made SDPO Wazirganj.
Arvind Kumar Sinha has been given the responsibility of SDP Sheikhpura, Firoz Alam as SDPO Sadar, Ashok Kumar as SDPO Motihari, Rajesh Kumar as SDPO Jhajha. Gulab Kumar has been made SDPO Banmankhi, Raju Ranjan has been made SDPO Nirmali.
