New Delhi: The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has issued transfer and posting orders for three senior officers of the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) in the rank of Chief Commissioner of Income Tax / Director General of Income Tax. The transfers are part of routine administrative reshuffles aimed at strengthening tax administration across key regions.
New Postings Announced
As per the official order, the following officers have been given new assignments:
- Rajarshi Dwivedy has been appointed as Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Surat
- Manisha Chandra has been posted as Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Udaipur
- Anand Kumar Kedia takes charge as Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (TDS), Delhi
The CBDT, under the Department of Revenue in the Ministry of Finance, regularly undertakes such postings to optimize tax administration and ensure leadership continuity in key jurisdictions.
