The state government has approved 15 IAS officers for mid-career training. These include IAS officers of 2008 to 2014 batch of Chhattisgarh cadre. Let us tell you that about 162 IAS officers from across the country have been selected for the mid-career training programme.
Among them are IAS from 2007 to 2014 batch. The 25-day training will be held at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Academy of Administration, Mussoorie. This training program is organized from 19th December to 13th January.
In these, 2008 batch officers from Chhattisgarh are Shyamlal Dhavde, Rajesh Singh Rana, Janak Prasad Pathak, Mahadev Kavre, Neelkanth Tikam, 2009 batch Kiran Kaushal, Ayyaz Tamboli, Avnish Kumar Sharan, 2010 batch Dr. Saransh Mitter, Jaiprakash Maurya, 2012 batch. The names of Sanjay Aggarwal, Ranbir Sharma, Ritesh Kumar Aggarwal, Shiv Anant Tayal, Gaurav Kumar Singh of 2013 batch, Indrajit Chandrawal and Rituraj Raghuvanshi of 2014 batch are included.
In view of the shortage of officers in the state, the state government has not allowed Raipur Collector Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure, Raigarh Collector Ranu Sahu, Mahasamund Collector Nilesh Kumar Kshirsagar and Janjgir-Champa Collector Taran Prakash Sinha to go for training.
