Haryana has got 6 new IAS officers from the Department of Personnel and Training (DPT) of the Center. On the other hand, after clearing the UPSC exam, 7 officers from Haryana who got selected as IAS got a chance to serve in other states. On behalf of DPT, allotting cadre to IAS officers of 2022 batch has decided their states. Now the posting of these officers will be done by the respective state governments.
Saswat Sangwan of New Delhi has got Haryana Cadre. MP’s Anjali Shrotriya, New Delhi’s Arpit Sangal and MP’s Ankit Kumar Choukse will also now serve in Haryana as IAS. The Center has also allotted Haryana cadre to two officers of Haryana origin. Rahul Rai has been allotted Haryana cadre, with this Jyoti will now get a chance to serve in her own state.
Mehak Jain of Haryana cadre will now serve in the Gujarat government. Rajesh Kumar Maurya of SC category will give his services in Gujarat. Similarly, Pratibha Dahiya has also got Gujarat cadre. If Kanika has been allotted the Assam-Meghalaya cadre, Pulkit will get a chance to serve in Sikkim. Anand Malhotra has been given the Assam-Meghalaya cadre by the Centre. Sachin Sharma of Haryana will get a chance to serve as IAS in Himachal Pradesh and Ashima Goyal in Kerala government.
9 IAS officers of the state are about to retire. Additional Chief Secretary and FCR of Revenue and Disaster Management Department VS Kundu will retire on December 31. Tarun Bajaj, working as Secretary in the Revenue Department of the Center, is retiring on 30 November. World Bank Executive Director Rajesh Khullar will retire on August 31 next year. Dr. Mahavir Singh, Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, will retire on February 28, 2023. On the same day, Arun Kumar, who is on deputation to the Center and Director General of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, will also retire.
