The General Administration Department of Bihar has issued a transfer order of three IAS and one IFS officer. According to the notification, Kaushal Kumar, Additional Secretary, Health Department, has been transferred and made the Director of ICDS till further orders.
On the other hand, Baidyanath Yadav, registrar of the Cooperation Committee, has been given the additional charge of Special Secretary, Rural Works Department. While Omprakash Yadav, Special Secretary, Environment and Forest Department, has been given the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Bihar Open Schooling and Examination Board.
Indian Forest Service officer Alok Kumar, who was currently on the post of ICDS director, has been returned to his parent department, Environment Forest and Climate Change Department.
