The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has allotted cadres to 177 candidates selected for IAS in Civil Services Examination-2020. Rajasthan has the maximum number of IAS after Uttar Pradesh. This shows that the interest of the youth of the state is increasing for the Civil Services Examination.
The statistics show how the craze of becoming an IAS is progressing in Rajasthan. It has come to the fore when the Central Government has allotted cadres to 177 candidates selected for IAS in Civil Services Examination-2020.
It discovered that the youth of Rajasthan has broken all the myths and raised the status of the state across the country. Now, Rajasthan is at second place after UP in giving maximum number of IAS officers in the country.
According to the Ministry of Personnel, 60 youth from Rajasthan got IAS category in 3 years. In the year 2020, 22 youths were made IAS in the year 2019 and in the year 2018 22. This is the second highest number of IAS from any state in 3 years. In the first place is UP. In this way the youth have broken the myth that IAS are being made from states like UP, Bihar, MP, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu or Bengal.
