The Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) has accepted the voluntary retirement (VR) applications of Mr. Tara Prakash, Deputy Commissioner, and Mr. K. Hanam Babu, Assistant Commissioner, both from the Indian Revenue Service (Customs & Indirect Taxes) [IRS (C&IT)].

Additionally, Ms. Richa Saxena, a 2016-batch IRS (C&IT) officer, has been transferred from the Bhopal GST Zone to the Directorate General of Anti-Profiteering (DGAP) office in Delhi.

These developments are part of routine administrative changes within CBIC, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and expertise across various departments.
