The central deputation tenure of Pulkesh Kumar (IRPS: 2011) as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has been extended for an additional three months. An official order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, confirmed the extension.
The competent authority has approved the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare’s proposal to extend Mr. Kumar’s deputation tenure from December 21, 2024, to March 21, 2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Pulkesh Kumar has been serving in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in a key capacity, and his extended tenure is expected to continue contributing to the ministry’s crucial work in the health sector.
