In a recent reshuffling of IAS officers, the central government has approved the transfer of several officers to new cadres. Shri Richard Yanthan IAS (Odisha 2023), who is currently serving in the Maharashtra cadre, has been granted approval for transfer to the Assam-Meghalaya cadre. Similarly, Shri Yimkum I Ozukum IAS (Odisha 2023), presently with the Odisha cadre, has also been approved for transfer to the Assam-Meghalaya cadre.
Additionally, Ms. Aishwarya Dubey IAS (Manipur 2023), currently serving in the Manipur cadre, has received approval for transfer to the Gujarat cadre. This transfer is on the grounds of her marriage to Shri Herrsh Sharma, IPS (Gujarat 2023).
These transfers are part of the routine administrative process to address personal and professional requirements of the officers, ensuring that their services are utilized effectively in different regions of the country.
