The state government has made transfers of IAS officers, with Jashpur Collector Ravi Mittal being appointed as the Commissioner of the Public Relations Department. He will also hold additional charges as the Chief Executive Officer of Samvad and the Project Director of the Chirag Project.
The current Public Relations Commissioner, Mayank Srivastava, has been reassigned to the Home Department. The list also includes changes for the collectors of Surajpur and Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki, as well as the Commissioner of Korba Municipal Corporation.
S. Jayavardhan, the Collector of Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki, has been appointed as the new Collector of Surajpur. Tulika Prajapati, currently serving as the Director of the Department of Women and Child Development, will replace him as the new Collector of Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki.
Surajpur Collector Rohit Vyas has been appointed as the new Collector of Jashpur. It is worth mentioning that both the Superintendent of Police and the Collector of Surajpur were replaced following a double murder incident in the district.
Managing Director of the State Civil Supplies Corporation, Janmejaya Mahobe, has been given additional charge as the Director of the Department of Women and Child Development. Managing Director of the National Health Mission, Jagdish Sonkar, has been reassigned to the Ministry.
Similarly, CEO of the State Skill Development Agency, Vijay Dayaram K., has been given additional charge as the Managing Director of the National Rural Health Mission. Commissioner of Korba Municipal Corporation, Pratishtha Mamgai, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Bastar District Panchayat.
Chief Executive Officer of Dantewada District Panchayat, Kumar Bishwranjan, has been sent to the Ministry as Deputy Secretary. SDM Jayant Nahta will replace him as the new CEO of Dantewada District Panchayat.
