Raipur: Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai inaugurated the One Click Single Window System 2.0 today at the Chhattisgarh Industry Dialogue-2 in Raipur, heralding a new era in ease of doing business. Emphasizing rapid industrial growth, the Chief Minister highlighted that Chhattisgarh is transforming from a traditional core-sector economy into a national hub for cutting-edge industries including semiconductors, artificial intelligence, pharmaceuticals, defense, aerospace, and green hydrogen.

Record Investment Proposals and Employment Generation

The state has already received investment proposals worth Rs 1,23,000 crore, expected to generate employment for more than 20,000 youth. CM Sai stressed that these developments reflect the government’s commitment to employment-driven economic prosperity and overcoming the state’s Naxal-affected past.

Logistics Policy and Jan Vishwas Bill to Accelerate Development

In a significant cabinet decision, the draft of the Chhattisgarh State Logistics Policy-2025 was approved, aiming to establish the state as a national logistics hub. The policy leverages the state’s central geographic location to boost national and international investments, improve export infrastructure, and develop affordable modern storage and distribution facilities, including dry ports and inland container depots.

Additionally, the Jan Vishwas Bill will simplify business and civil procedures by decriminalizing certain laws, reducing court cases and judicial expenses, and improving the overall ease of doing business and living.

  • Activation of air cargo services

An AI Data Center Park, the first in India, alongside a Pharma Hub and Medicity are under development. Special grants are available for the textile and pharma sectors.

Transforming Bastar and Surguja Regions

  • Development of Tirathgarh Glass Bridge and Bastar Tourism Circuit

  • Promising Roadmap for Youth and Investors

The new industrial policy envisions the creation of more than 5 lakh jobs in five years, with Chhattisgarh poised to be the fastest-growing economy in sectors like textile, pharma, AI, defense, energy, and medical tourism.

Strong Government Commitment to Naxal Eradication

Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, the government is committed to eradicating the Naxal problem by March 2026, paving the way for peace, stability, and development.

One Click Single Window System 2.0: A Game Changer

This newly launched system integrates online applications, departmental approvals, and subsidy distributions into a single transparent and fast platform, enabling one-click approvals for industrial setups—positioning Chhattisgarh as a national leader in ease of doing business.

Commerce and Industry Minister Mr. Lakhan Lal Dewangan highlighted that the system ensures minimum time for approvals, strengthening investor confidence. Land plots in industrial parks are now available for online allotment.
