Raipur: The Vishnu Deo Sai-led Chhattisgarh government has undertaken a minor administrative reshuffle, posting four 2023 batch IAS officers to new roles across the state. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued an official order confirming the transfers on Monday.
The reshuffle is part of the state’s efforts to streamline administrative operations and place young officers in key field-level positions.
New Postings of 2023 Batch IAS Officers
Anupama Anand: Transferred from the post of Assistant Collector, Raipur to Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), Saraipali, Mahasamund district.
M. Bhargava: Transferred from Assistant Collector, Durg to SDO, Dongargarh, Rajnandgaon district.
Tanmay Khanna: Moved from Assistant Collector, Bilaspur to SDO, Katghora, Korba district.
Durga Prasad: Shifted from Assistant Collector, Janjgir-Champa to SDO, Gharghora, Raigarh district.
The move places the officers in independent charge of sub-divisions, providing hands-on experience in field administration, revenue matters, and law and order management.
All officers are part of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) 2023 batch, currently undergoing their phase II postings after initial training and assistant collector assignments.
