He was addressing the State-Level Women’s Mock Parliament at the People’s University Auditorium, emphasizing the pivotal role of women in society and the government’s dedication to fostering leadership among young women.
Women in Leadership: A Proud Milestone for Madhya Pradesh
Dr. Yadav underlined the notable presence of women in key positions, stating that both the Collector and SP of Narsinghpur district are women officers. Additionally, the Divisional Commissioner of Shahdol and a former Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh have also been women, which reflects the state’s ongoing progress toward inclusive governance.
He proudly mentioned that Madhya Pradesh is the first state in India to introduce FAMI provisions in rape cases, ensuring swift and firm action in crimes against women, reinforcing the state’s commitment to their safety and justice.
