New Delhi: Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a premier shipbuilding and maintenance enterprise under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, has been honoured with the National HR Excellence Award 2025 by the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM).
At the 41st NIPM National Conference (NATCON) 2025, CSL was adjudged the Silver Award winner under Category B — “Competency Development through Continuous Learning.”
