New Delhi: Shares of Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) were in focus on Wednesday as the company announced that it will release its financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The Board of Directors is also expected to deliberate on the declaration of the second interim dividend for the financial year 2025–26.
Board Meeting Scheduled for November 11
In its regulatory filing, CONCOR informed the exchanges that the meeting of its Board will consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the September-end quarter. Alongside this, the Board may also declare a second interim dividend, subject to approval.
Trading Window Closed Amid Results Announcement
In compliance with SEBI’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, CONCOR confirmed that the trading window for dealing in equity shares is closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2025, and will remain shut until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
CONCOR Shares Trade Lower Ahead of Results
Despite the upcoming earnings and dividend prospects, CONCOR shares traded lower by 0.84% to ₹528.00 on the BSE during the day’s session.
