Amidst a recent development, Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor, Mr. V K Saxena, mandated the transfer and posting of seven IAS and one DANICS (Delhi, Andaman Nicobar Island Civil Services) officer in the Delhi (UT) administration.
The transferred bureaucrats are as follows:
- Mr. A Anbarasu (1996-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer), last posted as Principal Secretary in the PWD with an additional charge of Principal Commissioner in Trade & Taxes and CEO of Delhi Jal Board, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary in the PWD with additional charge as CEO, Delhi Jal Board.
- Mr. Nikhil Kumar (2002-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer) has been made Secretary in the Department of Land & Building.
- Ms. Chanchal Yadav (2008-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer) was made Secretary in the Home department.
- Ms. Arti Lal Sharma (2010-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer) has been posted with the Delhi Development Authority.
- Mr. Jitender Yadav (2010-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer) has been asked to assume charge as the Additional Commissioner of the MCD.
- Mr. Ravi Jha (2011-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of New Delhi.
- Mr. Krishna Mohan Uppu (2009-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer), last posted as Excise Secretary and had the additional charge of Secretary in the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), was relieved of the former and given full charge of Secretary NDMC.
- Mr. Marathe Onkar Gopal (DANICS officer) has been posted with MCD.
