Dinesh Dubey has been appointed as a Non-Official Independent Director on the Board of MMTC Limited (Metals and Minerals Trading Corporation of India). His tenure will last for one year from the date of appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Dubey, a dedicated social worker, has also previously served as an Independent Director of the Central Warehousing Corporation, a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE). He holds a degree in Humanities from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University. He is widely recognized for his contributions to the farming community.
His accolades include the Exemplary Contribution Towards Sugarcane Farming award by Kisan Sangh, the Bhumi Putra Award by Tarai Kisan Union, and the Kisan Sewak Samman by Rashtriya Kisan March. He has also served in leadership roles such as Coordinator for the Kisan Union (2017–2018) and Shahkar Bharti (2018–2020).
