The Union Public Service Commission has recently uploaded all the CSE Mains admit cards, downloadable from its official website. This UPSC CSE hall ticket is the document through which students can enter the examination hall and appear for the civil services main examination. The UPSC CSE 2024 Mains Exam is scheduled to commence on September 20th, before which the Candidates have to check the admit thoroughly in case of any discrepancies. The UPSC CSE Prelims was conducted on June 16th.
A total of 14,627 candidates cleared the UPSC CSE prelims exam in 2024. It is compulsory for candidates to bring the UPSC e-Admit Card (printout) along with the (original) photo identity card, whose number is mentioned in the e-Admit Card, in each session to secure admission to the examination venue. This year, the apex recruiting body for central government services has notified 1,056 vacancies for CSE and 150 for IFoS, which is lower than last year’s 1,105 posts, while in 2021, it was 712 and 796 in 2020.
