New Delhi: Dr. Hemant Sharad Pande, Director (Human Resources) of Western Coalfields Limited (WCL), has been awarded the prestigious ‘People Centric Leadership’ Award at the 19th Global Communication Conclave organized by the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) in Goa.
