Dr. N. Nandakumar, a 2007 batch Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer, has been named India’s next Ambassador to the Republic of Mali. He is currently serving as the Consul General at the Consulate General of India in Shanghai.
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) announced the appointment on Thursday, December 19, 2024, stating that Dr. Nandakumar is expected to assume his new role in Mali in the near future.
