New Delhi: The C-PsySHOT psychological screening system has been officially handed over by India’s Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) to the Indian Army, marking a major step towards modern, scientific soldier selection. Developed by the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), this advanced computerised test battery aims to identify the “right soldier for the right role.”
The system was handed over at The Infantry School, one of India’s premier military training institutions, strengthening the Army’s human resource capabilities with cutting-edge psychology-based tools.
