New Delhi: In a move aimed at strengthening national security infrastructure and promoting digital transformation, Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) and Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on October 7, 2025, in New Delhi. The MoU focuses on the implementation of technological solutions in the field of security projects and emerging digital systems.
The MoU exchange took place between Dr. Anesh Kumar Sharma, OS, Director (Technical), ECIL, and Mr. S. Suresh Kumar, IAS, Chairman, DVC. The MoU was officially signed by Cmde. Neeraj Uday, General Manager, HSS, ECIL, and Mr. Neeraj Jain, Senior General Manager (C&I), DVC, Kolkata. Senior officials including Mr. Santhaiah K., Head, SSPD, ECIL and others from both organizations were also present at the event.

The collaboration aims to leverage the strengths of both organizations to develop and scale state-of-the-art security systems and innovative digital solutions. The MoU will facilitate the sharing of experiences, best practices, and technical know-how between ECIL and DVC to enhance operational efficiency, resilience, and digital readiness.
