In a major administrative stride ahead of the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections and by-elections in several other states, the Election Commission of India (ECI) has appointed 425 senior officers as central observers. This robust deployment aims to ensure the smooth, transparent, and fair conduct of elections, reinforcing public trust in the democratic process.
