Residents can log in using their mobile number, select their district, block, panchayat, and village, and upload relevant information and photos of damaged roads or culverts. Complaints are immediately forwarded to the concerned officials for action.
Timely Repairs and Accountability
Departmental guidelines require officials to inspect reported sites within a specified timeframe and complete repair work promptly.
