New Delhi: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) and Lohum Materials Private Limited (LOHUM) have signed a concessional/revenue-sharing agreement in New Delhi to support the revival and turnaround of HCL’s Gujarat Copper Plant.
The agreement was signed in the presence of the Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of HCL and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of LOHUM, marking a significant collaboration in India’s copper and critical metals sector.
Agreement to Revive Gujarat Copper Plant
The partnership is focused on bringing HCL’s Gujarat Copper Plant back into operation and improving its overall performance.
The initiative is expected to:
- Revive and turnaround the Gujarat Copper Plant.
- Increase domestic copper production.
