These agreements are expected to pave the way for modernization, skill development, and infrastructure enhancement in the state’s agri-business and livestock industries.

Revival and Modernization of Ranchi Bacon Factory

The first MoU focuses on the revival and modernization of the long-awaited Ranchi Bacon Factory, aiming to transform it into a state-of-the-art meat processing unit. The agreement was signed between the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), National Meat Research Institute (NMRI), Hyderabad, and Jharkhand’s Directorate of Animal Husbandry.
